"PPS360", Project Management

As Project Manager of "PPS 360", I was responsible for creating the graphic standards manual to define materials, designs, and the installation process. I managed the placement of the approximately 300 graphic pieces that comprised the project, using floor plans and conducting site visits. Once the supplier’s budget was approved, we proceeded with the printing and installation of the materials, making regular visits and maintaining constant communication with each store manager to provide updates on the progress. We handled between 3 and 4 projects simultaneously over a period of 2 to 4 months, depending on the size of the store.

"Click y Retira" Project

“Click & Collect” is an in-store pickup service that allows customers to make online purchases and pick up their products the same day at designated points in around 20 Walmart locations across the country. This option offers convenience and speed, providing a more flexible shopping experience for users.

In 2017, the “Click & Collect” project was launched, and I played an active role in defining its communication strategy from the very beginning. I was responsible for designing graphic pieces that helped customers understand the process. I also created the graphic standards manual, and similar to the PPS 360 project, I reviewed each implementation to ensure it was carried out in the best possible way, meeting the specific requirements of each location while maintaining Walmart’s high standards.
